The Problem · The language barrier

A team without functional English loses guests, loses reviews, loses revenue.

01 · Contact

Staff avoid the guest

When an employee can't communicate, they sidestep the guest. The guest notices. The review says so.

02 · Reputation

The reviews reflect it

"Staff was not fluent in English." That one line on TripAdvisor or Google costs you room nights and a reputation built over years.

03 · Revenue

Money stays on the table

A front desk agent with B1 sells upsells, explains amenities, and keeps the guest coming back. Without the language, the opportunity is lost every shift.

02
The Platform

Not a course. The infrastructure of English in your operation.

Four connected engines. You see it as a dashboard; your team experiences it as five minutes a day on their phone.

Engine 01 · Assessment

CEFR placement exam

30 minutes per employee: diagnostic, listening with real audio, and spoken responses scored by AI.

Engine 02 · Practice

Daily drill on their phone

Five minutes on shift: listen, respond, speak. By role and by level, with a visible streak.

No app · Role-based · Every day
Engine 03 · Measurement

Dashboard for HR and management

Progress per employee, inactivity alerts, and exportable CEFR certificates.

Engine 04 · Scale

Multi-property and chains

Consolidated corporate dashboard, cohorts by department, and per-property billing.

Multi-property · Multi-currency · Corporate roll-up
Custom content · Included with Enterprise

Your team doesn't practice generic English. They practice your hotel.

Modules built for your property, your brand, and your city: directions to your real points of interest, your chain's service standards, the dishes on your menu. Vocabulary sticks best when it's the vocabulary used tomorrow on shift — and the result isn't just better English, it's better service.

White-label · For chains and groups

Want it under your brand? We scope that case by case.

Brand customisation for chains — logo, own domain, corporate reporting — is on the product roadmap, not available today. Tell us what you need and we confirm in writing what is possible before you sign.

Let's talk about your chain

English isn't learned in a classroom. It's learned where it's used: on shift, in front of the guest.

The Evidence · What we can actually prove
No invented case studies

We are a new company. We do not have case studies yet — we have the instrument, and you can test it today.

01

The instrument

A CEFR placement exam built per role: front desk, bellboy, food and beverage, housekeeping, concierge, spa, security and maintenance. Listening and speaking, not grammar. It returns each person’s real level, A1 to B2, as a map your hotel can read on one page.

Free, for any hotel, no commitment.

02

The research

Annual turnover measured across 67 hotels in Guanajuato came to 48.72%. That figure is not ours and we did not invent it: it is from Caldera González et al., 2019. It is precisely why we charge per property and never per person — turnover costs you nothing extra.

Cited, verifiable, published.

03

The proof

The whole platform is open: the exam, the daily practice and the HR dashboard. No signup, no forms, no sales call. Take the exam yourself and judge the product rather than the promise.

Try the platform →

When we have results from real hotels we will publish them here with the name, the number and written permission. Until then this space stays free of testimonials, because an invented testimonial is not marketing: it is a lie that somebody eventually checks.

06
Questions · From real managers

The questions we always get — answered straight.

01

Do employees need to install an app?

No. Each employee signs in through a personal link in their phone browser: nothing to download, no passwords, no new platform to learn. The practice is a lean web-based platform on their own phone; WhatsApp delivery is built as an optional add-on and switches on when we open that channel; until then practice happens through the same link. Any device works for the placement exam, though a tablet or computer is more comfortable.
02

How soon do results show?

We are not going to invent one. We are a new company and we do not yet have enough client data to promise you a date. What we do is measure: the placement exam fixes each employee’s CEFR level on day one, daily practice is recorded, and the monthly re-exam measures again. You see your team’s real movement, not our estimate. When we have results from real hotels we will publish them with the number and the source.
03

What standing does the level certificate have?

We issue a record of level aligned to the Common European Framework of Reference scale (A1 to B2). It is our measurement, not an official exam: it does not equal or replace Cambridge, Trinity, Aptis or TOEFL, and it should not be presented as such for a visa or immigration process. It is good for what it is good for: an objective record of each person’s real level, support for promotions and role assignments, and evidence of their own progress.
04

What happens if an employee leaves the hotel?

It costs you nothing extra. We charge per property and never per person, precisely because turnover in this sector is high: the annual measurement across 67 hotels in Guanajuato was 48.72% (Caldera González et al., 2019). Deactivate whoever left and register whoever arrived: they inherit the role, department and shift, get their own link and sit their own exam. The hotel’s history is kept in full; we never delete anyone.
05

How is this different from Duolingo or classroom courses?

Duolingo teaches general English — useful for travel, not for work. Inglés Hotelero teaches the English of the role: a front desk agent learns to run check-in, handle complaints, and offer upgrades, not to talk about the weather. Classroom courses require schedules, rooms, and teachers. We require 5 minutes and the phone they already carry.
06

Can the platform run under our brand?

For chains and groups we work case by case, and we would rather tell you precisely what exists today and what is still in development before you sign, not after. Write to us with what you need — logo, own domain, corporate reporting — and we will answer point by point. We do not sell as available something we are still building.
07

How does the demo work?

The platform is open: you can walk through it right now, with no signup and no obligation. And the placement exam is free for your hotel. You give us your staff list, each person gets their link, and you keep the level map of your team role by role — whatever the result, and whatever you decide afterwards. If that map is useful and you want the daily practice, that is where the subscription starts.

Your team can start this week.
